These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Property Zeus LLC website and your request for or receipt of services from Property Zeus LLC (“Property Zeus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, submitting a form, or requesting services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.

Services

Property Zeus provides commercial cleaning, day porter, exterior property cleaning, property maintenance, service coordination, quote requests, appointment and site-visit scheduling, and related services. The specific scope, schedule and pricing of any work are those set out in the written proposal, scope of work, or service agreement accepted by you and Property Zeus.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the property details, scope and conditions provided or observed at the time of the walkthrough. Pricing described on this website is informational and is not a binding offer. If site conditions, scope or frequency differ from what was quoted, we will discuss any adjustment with you before performing the additional work.

Scheduling

Service dates and times are scheduled by agreement between you and Property Zeus. Weather, site access, safety conditions and events outside our reasonable control may require rescheduling. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of schedule changes.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and work areas, accurate property and contact information, and any keys, codes, utilities or authorizations needed to perform the work. You agree to notify us of known hazards or special conditions at the property.

Payment and Invoicing

Invoices are issued according to the terms stated in the accepted proposal or service agreement. Amounts, billing frequency and payment methods are those specified in that document.

Service Changes and Cancellations

Either party may request a change to scope, frequency or schedule. Changes and cancellations are handled according to the accepted proposal or service agreement. Please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust crew scheduling.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use automated tools, scraping or the chat feature to harvest content or pricing. We may suspend access for misuse.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, scopes of work, photography, logos and brand marks, is owned by or licensed to Property Zeus LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Third-Party Services

This website may link to or rely on third-party services, such as hosting, analytics, CRM and messaging providers. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites or services.

SMS Messaging Terms

By affirmatively opting into the Property Zeus LLC SMS messaging program, you consent to receive recurring text messages related to:

• Quote requests
• Walkthroughs and appointments
• Scheduling
• Service notifications
• Account and customer-support communications
• Follow-ups
• Promotional or marketing communications when separately permitted by your consent

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Property Zeus LLC may send messages concerning quote requests, walkthroughs, appointments, scheduling, service updates, account information, and customer support only after the customer has provided consent. Message frequency varies (approximately 2–6 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Marketing SMS Consent

Promotional or marketing SMS requires separate consent from service-related SMS consent. Agreeing to service messages does not enroll you in promotional or marketing messages, and each consent is captured and stored separately. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Verbal Opt-In

When collecting consent by phone or during a walkthrough, staff must separately ask:

Service consent: “Do you agree to receive text messages from Property Zeus LLC regarding quotes, walkthroughs, scheduling, service updates, and customer support? Message frequency varies, approximately 2–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase services.”

Marketing consent: “Separately, do you agree to receive promotional and marketing text messages from Property Zeus LLC regarding services and offers? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

Only record consent after the customer clearly answers yes to the applicable question.

Web Form Opt-In

Every quote form and chat intake form on this website includes a mobile phone number field and two separate SMS consent checkboxes — one for service messages and one for promotional and marketing messages. Neither is pre-selected and neither is required to submit the form. Next to each checkbox we disclose the types of messages you will receive, the message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, HELP and STOP instructions, and links to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You must actively check a box and press the submit button to enroll.

Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on the site, including scope descriptions and sample rates, applies to every property or situation. Services are performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with the accepted scope of work.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Property Zeus LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business interruption, arising out of your use of this website or the services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property Zeus LLC and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, damages and expenses arising out of your misuse of this website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
